Paddle — Merchant of Record
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for Paddle purchases in both Thailand and Global editions: Paddle is the seller to the buyer, processes payment and applicable taxes, and issues the buyer’s invoice/receipt and applicable tax documentation. XBalance supplies the software service, not a second invoice for the same Paddle purchase.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must be authorised to act for your business, provide accurate information, secure your account, and not use the service unlawfully or access another customer’s data without permission.
Plans and trials
Thailand has a free plan subject to published quotas. Global offers a no-card trial for the period shown at signup (30 days by default). Without a paid plan after the trial, access becomes read-only: existing data remains available to view, download and export. Trial expiry does not delete data.
Subscriptions and renewal
Review the price, currency, tax, billing interval and discounts at checkout before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew on the terms shown. Cancel renewal through Paddle’s purchase-management channel. Temporary discounts revert to the full price disclosed before purchase.
Your data and responsibility
You retain ownership of your data. XBalance is a tool, not personalised accounting, tax or legal advice. Review documents and AI suggestions before use. Posted accounting entries are corrected by reversing entries, not by rewriting historical records.
Restrictions and disputes
Access may be restricted when required for security or legal compliance, with notice where practicable. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer or statutory rights. Purchases through Paddle are also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.
