Why does my card statement show PADDLE.NET*?
Paddle.com is XBalance's official reseller and Merchant of Record, so charges appear as PADDLE.NET* XBALANCE. PayPal payments appear as PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET.
Who issues the invoice or receipt, and where do I download it?
Paddle issues the invoice and receipt for every purchase. Download the PDF from your billing page, in the payment history table.
How is VAT or sales tax calculated?
As the seller, Paddle calculates and remits tax based on your country. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount charged.
I am a Thai company and need a tax invoice from a Thai seller. What can I do?
Contact us to enable direct bank transfer to our Thai seller company. It is a fallback we enable per company; once enabled you receive a Thai receipt/tax invoice from the system and are not charged through Paddle.
How do I request a refund or cancel?
Cancel or request a refund from your billing page, or contact Paddle, the seller of record for that transaction. For direct transfer customers we issue a credit note through the normal document workflow.
